5. Which materials can your stamps be used on?

Our stamps work best on paper, cardboard, kraft paper, cotton/canvas bags, and packaging boxes. For special surfaces (like plastic, metal, or glossy paper), please check with us before ordering.


6. Do the ink pads come with the stamp?

Ink pads are sold separately unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. We offer standard & premium ink pads in multiple sizes to fit your stamp.


7. How do I maintain my stamp for long-lasting use?

  • Always close the ink pad lid tightly after use.

  • Store in a cool, dry place.

  • Avoid pressing too hard while stamping.

  • Refill ink pads when required (premium ink refills are available on our website).


8. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We take quality seriously 💯. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We will resolve it with a replacement or solution.
